	ADDITIONAL STEPS TAKEN IN PRODUCTION TO ASSURE MAXIMUM QUALITY

Shells are received as in above
photo. The first step that Ogden Hydraulics performs is a 1600 psi
high pressure, hot soapy washing
of the interior and exterior of the
shell. This assures that all foreign particles are removed from the
interior of the shell.

The next step is to plug the
openings of the shell and sand
blast the exterior of the shell.
This procedure assures that the exterior of the shell is extremely clean and very smooth. This is
an added step that other manufacturers do not perform.

The above photo displays the completed accumulator ready for shipment.
